Do you reckon there will come a time when every single non in-play game is at lease a HT reactivation game? Is it in Betfair's interest to do this?

It's in their interest to do this as it means more bets struck, but I think the logistics of co-ordinating every game opening and closing at the appropriate times make it a non-runner!

What if a game is delayed by ten mins because of an injury. Something like that will sting betfair a few times. No point at all

I'm not sure what you mean- the start and end of HT is not simultaneous across a load of games, so someone at Betfair would have to be watching or be in contact with each and every game.
