Why? The difference between all the teams in MLS is very little.

Columbus are probably the best team in MLS. RSL only sneaked into the play offs beacuse they are pretty much unbeatable on their pitch, away from home they are poor.

Columbus lost 2 from 15 at home, Real Salt Lake won 2 from 15 away.

Home win looks nailed on to me.

This should be a clear home win. Columbus is simply a much better team.

backing columbus here like everyone else it seems, strong at home and they have their star attacking midfielder/striker back in the team after he was out in the first leg. they need to go for the win too since they lost 1-0 a few days ago.

Didn't know they were 1-0 down from first leg. Defo getting on Columbus now.

Taking this early as I suspect it might go down. This is 2-leg of Eastern semifinals, RSL won the first game 1-0 couple of days ago and have a nice chance to eliminate the first seed. But, there's a big difference in playing on Crew stadium and on Rio Tinto in Utah, and RSL will have a very tough job of keeping the advantage. RSL has really made a fortress of their home field, they lost only one home game this season and champions from Columbus were afraid they might suffer a big defeat like in the regular season when they lost 4-1, so they came out with a defensive line up even without last season MVP, Guille Barros Schelotto for tactical reasons, which was a big surprise. Now it wil be a different story, they'll come out with full force and try to get a two goals margin win to avoid going into overtimes. RSL has been rather poor away from home whole season, while the Crew broke league record of consecutive home games without a defeat, so now Columbus should be the one who will dominate. They beat RSL at home in regular season 3-1 and anything but a qualification of reigning champions will be a big surprise.
