Despite playing hundreds of thousands of hands of poker both in casinos and online I find that no matter what hand I think will win in hold em, the opposite always occurs. In a 4 handed game of poker, if u have k2 vs ace q vs k8 vs k8 the hand least likely to win is k8. However, on this site you can guarantee the flop will have an 8 in it.
If you back ace ace vs 26 for example, you just know the 345 will come out. It should not be that difficult to predict the winner of a 4 handed game of poker when u can see the cards yet on here it is impossible to get it right. No matter what scenario you think will happen the opposite always occurs. If you do the opposite and lay the hands you think will win, they do end up winning. It is comical.

Its all fair, do the maths. For an 8 to be in the flop:- there are two 8's left in the pack of 44 cards, so flop card 1 chance 2/44, card 2 chance 2/43 and card 3 chance 2/42, add them up giving around a 1 in 7 chance that an 8 will be in the flop and with some 640 games a day (turbo) there is a very good chance, 1 in 7 in fact, that you will see a hand like this.
Interestingly the odds of an ace is 1 in 4.75 not as good as you might expect!! |
