any1 here do that promo? opt in place a back bet of £5 an if it lost they`d refund ur £5, i did it i lost my £5 surprise surprise an they didnt bother 2 give it me back! contacted them about it, got this reply, Thank you for your e-mail.

so i responded it wasnt in an email in was on the exchange games homepage, why they didnt just check my account history of what ive opted in2 is beyond me and surprise surprise ive been totally fkin ignored!!! superb public relations they've got going on here, its not even about the money its only a fiver but its the principle of it, what a joke!! did any of u guys do it an if so did u actually get it honored by these robbing mugs?

Have you checked your games account. You may have had it and played it through without realising.
yeah mate the only bet ive done on these games recently was the 1 that shoulda been the qualifying 1, its the fact that they didnt bother 2 reply 2 me the 2nd time that really annoys me, i got the automated response saying they received my reply so i know they got it, if i`d done something wrong and not met the requirements somehow then fair enough but i expect 2 b told so not just ignored, they even sent me a survey after on how i`d been treated by the help desk, needless 2 say i gave them a big fat 0
I've had to chase loads of bonuses. It's a long drawn out process and you have to describe the promo in every detail or they will reply about the wrong one. You should get it eventually tho

do not chase these bonuses coz you will land in the quagmire
