I am call all people playing on the exchange games about the login problem I had over months.
I wonder if I am the only one in here having this problem. Most of the time, after logging in games.betfair.com, I could not place a bet successfully due to a weird message: You must log in to bet. I tried different OS: Win XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, OS X, IOS and Android + many different web broswers (IE 7, 8 ,9, 10, Opera, Safari, Chrome) and the problem would not go away. The I way I could bet is by logging out and then logging back in again. However, this does not guarantee success at all, it just pure luck!
Is there anybody can help?
It seems Betfair haven't fixed it at all. This problem is very frustrating.
