Exchange games broken? Lost money although I won.

I just started here an hour ago, but I dont understand this...

Played exchange baccarat, placed a lay bet on the player. The game resulted in a tie. Yet the account balance tells me that I lost.
Exactly the same thing happened twice in a row. And yes, I refreshed the balance.

If betfair associates are reading this, the GameID of the latter game was 47760437.

Clarification would be nice, because it looks to me that I was just robbed €40.

On a side note, where can I find my bet history? Unless it takes considerable time, the exchange games appearently dont show up in my profile.
