No,your both wrong.There fixed because Betfair create the Liquidity.Unlike the main site your playin against Betfair.Thats why there based in Malta.No way would they get away with it based in England.The Gambling Commission would have them closed straight away.Malta lets them do whatever the **** they like.A small Island with a small economey appreciates every single penny it can get and doesn`t care how it gets it.
