I totally agree with bollex and I would like to share my latest bitter experince on Exchange Games only yesterday.
I was playing Black Jack on Ekchange games yesterday. I bet some money on 5-card Charlie with the dealer after all hands were dealt with players. The odds available at that time was 19.6, when four cards were dealt and dealer was showing still 13,the odds shrank to 1.87. Then I laid against my potntial winning so that I win both ways ie 5-card Charlie or bust. The dealer got bust but instead of getting credit,Betfair deducted money from my total money available. When I complained to Betfair about this blatant robbery, to my astonishment, they told me that game was never 5-card and it concluded only in 3-card which is totally inaccurate. I can not even get access to my Betting Exchange account history which is again unfair. Now I know why these internet casinos offer 200 to 500 bonuses if you sign on with your initial deposit. They know that anyone playing these games have no chance in hell to win. |

There is no possible reason for you not to be able to access your games account, unless you have closed it.
Your whole explanation sounds fishy. What was the game number? Turbo or standard? |

I feel the same as the OP, I won and lost on blackjack over a couple of years ago. Now however I lose maybe 18 games out of twenty, I had kept playing as I was thinking my luck must change. I have now banned myself from playing. My advice to anyone still playing, DON'T! And hey dont take our words for it, try googling it.

I have worked out a way to make an overall profit on one of the Exchange Games but I'm sorry guys you'll have to wait for it to be written up - it's a strategy that works when you think outside the box. I do agree that just betting on any hand will inevitably lose you money.
