access exchange game after excluded

Srirak,you excluded yourself for a reason right?and my guess is that you were losing more money than you were actually winning right??..Enough said.

I was excluded from these games but I have never lost money because of these games.
I simply wanted to concentrate on the betting exchange (football).
But I have envy now to play the hold'em exchange.
Is there a problem with that?
Do you finally go to answer my question? 2 weeks ago, I sent a letter in writing to the support of betfair by saying that I would like to have access to these games and I received since then no piece of news when I shall have again access in exchange games?

Took me ages to regain access to poker and exchange games, you need to write a letter, ring them up, have them explain to you they never recieved the letter, send in another letter, ring them again, and eventually receive an email saying you're back up and running
