Xfeeder didn't place a bet on xchange game

Xfeeder trigger didn't place 2 bets last night. On log file there was a EXPOSURE_OR_AVAILABLE_BALANCE_EXCEEDED, but balance was over € 9,000 and bet should be € 4.00
Any possible reason ?
Responsabilty was set to € 10,000 on xfeeder option
