X feeder question

I have a question for one of the X-feeder guys who post here regarding time machine.   What time zone is the time of day set to on time machine?  For example, When it say a game was played at 08:26 was that Greenwich Mean Time or the time it was wherever you recorded it?   Your clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
