in faqs, "how does the rng work", it states that exchange poker uses a pair of Hardware Random Number Generators built on the Nehemiah C5XL Core.

do the other exchange games use the same rng, as it only states exchange poker, or do they have an rng similar to a pub fruit machines which is set to a 78% payout.

78% ? You'll be lucky.

An RNG is a RNG is a RNG - it cannot be set to a payout % - it's the game software that does this. Otherwise it would not be a RNG.
