Am told by the Malta muppets that the bets stand because as i`ve lost, somebody has won. That somebody bein Betfair me thinks.Sureley it makes sense to void all bets on the said game.Even The Frog and his merry men on this forum must agree with that.Sureley ???????

Bam
First of all I do sympathise with you on your rather unfortunate large loss.
If and when the games freeze, and furthermore BF admits that the problem is at their end, then I agree that all such games should be automatically voided always.
However to go on as you do to say that such freezes are all part of a big"** by BF is stretching it a bit too far imo.
For example in your recent experience above. I'm a bit confused by your argument.
Are you saying that BF's "**" software is so slow that have to artificially freeze the game for them to analyse what card will beat you and once they have done that they then restart the game with the offending card coming out ?
That's a bit rich isn't it ?
If they had sophisticated software analysing the potential gains and losses at any and all stages of the games, then it wouldn't be that slow and obvious surely ?

Frog you like me are entitled to "a" opinion. The fact you agree with my "refund" part of my opinion is good enough for me.Thankyou

So, are you saying it is obvious? Sophisticated? Basic maths is all that's required.

If the games freeze then all bets void. Basic common sense and courtesy to all. How can that NOT be the case?

Once more Jazza you seem to be either arguing for just the sake of it, or are deliberately missing the point I am making.
All I said to Bam was that if BF were analysing and responding to his bets, then it wouldn't need to freeze the games for 20 minutes to do it .
Surely you agree with that ?
Surprise me.

I'm arguing just for the sake of it? Unbelievable. You seem to think that this forum is only here for you to air your thoughts whilst we all listen in awe.

I've no idea why the games froze, but he should have been refunded.

BAM, really sorry for your loss, been there as well and lost money because of no g.up or dist loss during a freeze. Sucks royally and I think betfair should definitley just return everyones stakes and be done with it.
I'm not sniping, just wondering, why did you have 2.5k of liability racked up when earlier this afternoon you said in a different thread that the games were fixed?

I was playing revently and the game froze, the only way I could win was if an 8 came up. I left the computor and came back 20 minutes later and guess what an 8 came up...I won £2500...brilliant eh?
