I had a dabble for first time ever yesterday on exchange poker - probably because I was bored/ill/drunk.
Felt like pulling my eyes out afterwards, it was such a soul destroying pointless activity. :| Hope that answers the question. ;) |

The simple answer is no, due to the negative expectation value, but
in short term it's actually possible to win, due to luck. Off course if one would use Martingale system (increase after each loss) and had infinitely bankroll and no limit then one would be a winner, but it wouldnt work in reality. Even if I know that the game has negative expectation value, I play it sometimes. If you have a "system" you can try it out, by using the free software at site http://www.x-feeder.com/ Happy betting /Mattias |

No I am fixated with the falseness of your fixation. Fine as Frog Hair is fixated with the falseness of my fixation. Try saying that in about 9 hours time. |

been on holdem on and off for the last two days. been doing ok and everything that happened seemed reasonable probability wise. However just been on and got the following "kick me in the nuts" results in consecutive games. 1. laid 11.8 Lost 2. Laid 5.2 Lost. 3. Laid 9.3 Lost 4. Laid 4.25 WON!!! 5. Laid 8.9 Lost 6. Laid 8.99 Lost. If I am allowed to ignore the 4.25 win....... then the sequence I experienced had the odds of happening of 45708 / 1. !!!! Is this the experience of others?!!!
