I don't normally post on the forum, but I feel I should respond to a couple of the comments I often read on here.
1) The games are not fixed. This is really very easy to prove from the data, but above all, they do not need to be fixed. I am always surprised that this is the subject of so much debate when all the evidence to prove otherwise is in plain and open view. Realistic observations should be over a minimum run of 6 months but preferablyover a period greater than greater than 12 months.
2) All of you have written a system that works! It is just that you haven't recognised correctly when and how to interrupt a potential losing run, and then restart at the right time. If you have a system that regularly works for an hour, then you have a winning system. It just needs another control function added.
3) Flat rate betting will not work sensibly on exchange games as the odds are mathematically perfect. At best you will break even.
4) 'Cards have no memory'. In one sense this is quite true. Of course the card play has no memory. However, nature abhors a statistical offset, and will attempt to restore normality. As a simple example, if you see a coin toss sequence of 40 heads and 2 tails you will realise that a strong move must take place to restore normality. If not, the odds would be incorrect and the laws of probability broken.
5) You can't win without using a bot. You will not be able to concentrate long enough and accurately enough for the extended period of time required to safely gain profit.
Was playing blackjack last night and there was a someone backing the dealer at 250 pound a time
Must have played 15 to 20 hands. The amount of blackjacks and 5 card charlies he suffered was unreal!!

Well, I've said my piece.. you have the choice as to what you do next. Choose wisely... a gambler fuelled by strong emotions will not succeed.
As to the long losing run you noted, re-read my previous post which contains a clue as to how to avoid this being a problem. Losing runs can be handled very simply indeed. Just think about what indicators are present to indicate the start of a run, and even more straightforwardly, what indicates the end of the run at which point betting can restart.
Losing runs should only waste time, not money.
Anyway, Happy Xmas to all...
