Betfair CS have been no help whatsoever. I can't view my matched bets by order of matched date in the open bet window. I have tried all the deleting cache nonsense and nothing changed. I have noticed that the "Consolidate" box is greyed out and checked at the bottom of the window so I cannot uncheck it. I am using Chrome with Windows 7 and never had this problem before. I do have over 1000 open bets on this particular market, not sure if that is part of the problem. Can anyone help please?
