"Cash Out" below minimum stakes

I am laying a football match for, say, $2 at 4.0.
I want to cash out sometime later using $0.02 at 100

What are the API-NG functions I need to use to pace this bet below minimum stakes?

In the past I have placed an order for $2 at 1000
Adjusted the stake
deleted the $2 order
Amended the odds on the remaining $0.02 order
The function to amend the stake on an open pending order doesn't seem to be available any longer.
