What is the difference between placing an 'in play' bet via the API compared to pre in play? Are the PlaceInstructions the same with a persistence type of MARKET_ON_CLOSE or do you just not specify the persistence type as the market is already in play?

I can't remember the specific persistence types for the API but, in-play via the web, automatic cancellation can be set to take effect if there is a material change in the market (for instance, a goal is scored).
