betfair mobile apps and mobile version on chrome not connecting to the exchange

Hi Guys, Anyone experiencing issues with betfair apps or mobile web not rendering any data after login? I've tried countless times to login on different mobile devices since monday and cannot get pages to load. Sportsbook works ok but exchange doesn't I rang betfair countless times and some customer service are aware of the issue and some are not. they don't even have a timeline when this issue will be fixed. Some customers only are effected. There has been no comms sent out about the issue either. Could this be due to GDPR? Is anyone else having the same issue? 5 days for the mobile exchange offering is a disgrace. What the hell is going on?
