Something went wrong with my first version.

Hello,
I have this idea for a certain type of bet but don't know how to set it up on Betfair.
I have had contact with Bet Angel and they say I need to set up a "servant" to place bets.
The servant would be set to place back bets at a price lower than the current back price and lay bets higher than the current lay price which would be activated depending on which way the price moves.
Is there anyone who can help me with the programming please as I have no idea how to do this..
