lewis v webster def gonna go deep into sets, both similar ability, cross to beat dancing man 5-2 imo, MVG to beat barney 5-3, taila to beat anderson 5-3!

Lewis v Webster - Webster is a better version of Richardson. If Lewis plays anything close to the standard he's managed in any of his three matches so far, he wins, IMHO. How much fuel does he have in the tank, though? These adrenaline rushes / crashes have got to take their toll at some point? Think the price is fair enough.
Cross v VDB - I didn't really like the way Cross went missing - albeit only briefly - yesterday. I've not seen enough of him to know whether that's a regular trait or not? VDB has shown he can maintain a 3-figure 3DA in this tournament, but Cross has been more consistent. Prices probably about right, but I wouldn't want to play. MVG v RVB - Again, I didn't like the way MVG went AWOL against Price. By rights, he should have been 2-3 down and battling for his World Championship life. Barney has been rock solid so far but is unlikely to be able to match the scoring of an on-song MVG. Another likely SP that won't get me playing either way. Taylor v Subby - Big question marks over Subby's physical wellbeing after last night. You can almost make a case for it being a coin-flip even without that. I do think there is going to be a strange pressure on whoever find themself with their foot on Taylor's neck, with the ability to strike the final blow. I don't think MVG would hesitate to do it, but I'm not completely convinced Subby would. I am quite tempted by the near evens on PT.... |

* notch rather than maintain (makes it read like he's done it all three times, which he hasn't)

I'm liking Webster; playing really well and proven in the recent past to cope on TV pretty well to. Lewis was great in Rd 2, but too many question marks after y'day where he was a different player entirely. I'm having a play on the Demolition Man as such.
This evening, I'm opposing Anderson. He looked awful (by his high standards last night). |

gun to my head id go with webster aswell, think backing over the sets is the safer play
|
|
By:
I'm not saying he can't win for the reasons above, but I'm not convinced it's accurate to say Webster's playing really well. He's averaged 90, 90 and 94. Lewis eats all of those.

The Lewis of yesterday would still probably beat Webster so i think 1.9 is good value.

for some reason webster seems to hit the big scores at the right times so id be on him

Not that bad i took a red at 3-0 but i expected this to be tight so 1 set was never in question

By:
Alright chaps, stop bickering.
![]() We all have our opinions; sometimes we get them right, sometimes wrong. I thought Webster would play better, but he's having a shocker. That's just the way it goes at times. No big deal. |

By:
Depends on your outlook as to what represents a big stake, don't feel the need to come on here and blow hot air though, it is clearly 76 notes more than you have won though so that makes me feel nice and good
