I prefer sets for watching too.
Don't mind the occasional leg format to see who's the best player, but it's truly boring watching Taylor win 15-8 when there's a little interest if he's 4-2 up in sets first to 5.

Difficult to get away with having an expert analyst who's achieved less in the game than Rod Harrington's grand children.
They put that board away, got out one with a t20 the size of hibee's telly then got told off and got the bent d2 one back, you couldn't make it up.

Lori - that's a great point...certain players pull them out the hat when really necessary though that's not to say they're EVER really meaningless...unless you're Steve Farmer!

Apart from Silver's point that there's not many holes in this board, I'd swear they'd just put the old board back.
I read he hit a 9 darter in one of the Players' events...considering he's probably regarded as a bum languishing way down the rankings (hence rarely on TV) he can hit the maxes.

Harms's performance instinctively feels better than this from TOS but in reality they're probably very very similar.
Think it's because Harms was under the gun a bit more than this and weathered it
I've still got that Farmer incident in English on one of my DVD's but I haven't got a clue how to upload it to youtube - anyone wants to walk me through it, I'll try.
I backed O'Shea for most 180's at 2.4 and I've got a chance now at 8-7 for Kong...it was 8-4 so fingers crossed

Looks like market will have TOS 5-6ish v Harms. Feels 50-50 to me.
Think they have to make him slight fave as he did Harms last year, but I agree.
It's a market maker thing though, they'll take more money on silver, so if it's 50-50 they'll make him a touch fave and take the free money.
