Gwynny's a nice old fella, can't include him.
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:31 PM BST
I'd get them tickets to a Batman screening and cross my fingers.
Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:31 PM BST
Bet you Lori says Gwynney Laugh
Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:31 PM BST
OOooooooooooooooooohhh thats harsh Lori
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:31 PM BST
yeah, Gwynney
Report the silverback July 25, 2012 11:32 PM BST
who's whitehall? only one i can think of is steve
Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:32 PM BST
Sickening incident that was but I had 2 questions.
Why was a 6 yr old at a midnight screening of an R rated film?
Why was a baby???
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:32 PM BST
bit soon, sorry.

I've not had the pleasure of Whitehall yet I don't think, and Flintoff I can take or leave.

Gwynne is pretty high up on my list of comms I wish weren't comms though, and by pretty high up, I think I mean number one
Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:33 PM BST
Jack whitehall posh comedian. not funny
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:33 PM BST
The police saying a guy colouring his hair red and calling himself "Joker" MIGHT be relevant shows the level of investigation we're dealing with here.
Report the silverback July 25, 2012 11:34 PM BST
Can we add Pearson to the bullet list please. That would be something special.
Report h-bomb July 25, 2012 11:34 PM BST
Gwynne's obviously past his best, but I guess he's part of the furniture and he's a nice guy.
Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:34 PM BST
Pearson is absolutely abysmal
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:35 PM BST
I can handle abysmal if they don't try too hard. Gwynne's hopeless AND annoying with it! (Though others have mentioned he's a nice guy in the past tbf)

Mardle started off remarkable bearable and has started to plummet in recent times.
Report h-bomb July 25, 2012 11:35 PM BST
you can't shoot a bumbling old duffer, when there are total ****s out there.
Report the silverback July 25, 2012 11:36 PM BST
you don't think pearson tries too hard?
Report alun2005 July 25, 2012 11:36 PM BST
Any of you ever been to the pictures and found you were the ONLY one in the audience?

Happened to me once in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Went to see Woody Allen's 'Manhattan Murder Mystery' back in around '93.  As the minutes ticked down to the screening I was congratulating myself on this rare accomplishment. As the film started I decided to relax and put my feet up in front of me. About 10 seconds after I did so, an usherette stormed in and asked me to stop doing it.

Ever had the feeling you were being watched?
Report The Bhoys July 25, 2012 11:37 PM BST
well done smith. gota say lewis is awful
Report h-bomb July 25, 2012 11:37 PM BST
Poor old John got sacked by Radio Manchester from doing their cricket coverage over 10 years ago. Done well to hang on to the darts.
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:37 PM BST
LOL brilliant.

I went through a phase where I went to a lot of afternoon screenings on Thursdays for a year, in fact I saw every single film for 9 months at our local fleapit. I don't think I was ever the only one in there though, although I certainly came close many times.
Report h-bomb July 25, 2012 11:38 PM BST
2 quid to watch movies in top notch empty cinema at 10 am where I am.
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:39 PM BST
:o
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:39 PM BST
2 quid is amazing. Also, having no smileys is annoying.
Report the silverback July 25, 2012 11:40 PM BST
12-3 ad break coming up again
Report h-bomb July 25, 2012 11:40 PM BST
Sometimes take the girlfriend and joke that I hired out the entire cinema for her. She's not daft tho.
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:40 PM BST
haha nice one h!
Report The Bhoys July 25, 2012 11:40 PM BST
lewis is 1 arrogant cu nt these days. no claas at all playing smith
Report alun2005 July 25, 2012 11:40 PM BST
2 quid, superb indeed. And even better if no noisy no-marks in there, guns or no guns.
Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:40 PM BST
£8.30 in edinburgh no matter what time. Is it any wonder I never go
Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:41 PM BST
Some of the americans did think it was part of the film. Now I'm not saying they're thick but if some guy started firing bullets I wouldnt think ****ing hell this is realistic 3d aint it
Report alun2005 July 25, 2012 11:42 PM BST
Watching movies at home on 42 inch plasma tellys will kill the cinema if they insist on charging 8 quid and beyond
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:42 PM BST
pmsl HH

It's really incredible the stuff they come out with sometimes. I had the same concerns as you regarding the young kids at the show and there's some other really odd stuff going down there too, like why would you booby trap your house to high heaven and then tell people?
Report h-bomb July 25, 2012 11:43 PM BST
A Russian politician is calling for the country to adopt gun laws like in the U.S., saying it's been a big success there. Obviously he doesn't follow the news.
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:43 PM BST
I guess for a Russian politician's perspective, lots of Americans getting killed pointlessly can be considered a success.
Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:44 PM BST
Exactly my thoughts. He got caught then tells the cops my apartment is booby trapped. If you wanted to do that why go to the trouble of booby trapping it??

Spot on Alun I bought a 3d tv and unless something looks amazing I'd wait for the DVD
Report the silverback July 25, 2012 11:44 PM BST
christ, handicap in trouble.
Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:44 PM BST
You can buy a gun in Walmart. Call me a cynic but that doesn't spell success
Report the silverback July 25, 2012 11:45 PM BST
why do they have an ad break with no ads?
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:46 PM BST
Yeah, it really doesn't seem the smartest plan does it.

1.01 gets gubbed and some seether pops down the shops, buys a gun and tests it out on the locals.
Report the silverback July 25, 2012 11:46 PM BST
play about a zillion legs in a row on the "other side"
Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:46 PM BST
For all they're saying this was the strongest tourney ever there aint half been some short priced one sided affairs on offer
Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:46 PM BST
If it happened in Britain there would be a shooting daily somewhere
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:47 PM BST
I usually like this tourney quite a lot, but it's been crap so far.

We're talking about golf and guns when we should be arguing if Aidy is the world number one.
Report h-bomb July 25, 2012 11:47 PM BST
I'm backing pieman and hoping his odds of 40 halve
Report the silverback July 25, 2012 11:48 PM BST
They've got rid of most of the lurkers who've qualified over the past few years thanks to their first round losers money.
Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:49 PM BST
I love darts but dunno why I've found it very hard to get enthused about this
Report the silverback July 25, 2012 11:49 PM BST
this could get interesting!

i'm fuming though.
Report alun2005 July 25, 2012 11:50 PM BST
1.01 with a bit of work on here, Could be just one break behind in a few mins.
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:50 PM BST
Im not sure the four day first round helps much.
Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:51 PM BST
I know guys Like Caven, ovens etc aint here but is having boys like Baxter, Beaton etc really that much stronger? 2 games tonite 1/6 and 1/5 favs and then tomorrow you have taylor at about 1/14 and a couple of pretty dull looking affairs
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:51 PM BST
Think id rather have 64 players and two day rounds, even if it means some matches on red button, or antisociable hours.
Report alun2005 July 25, 2012 11:51 PM BST

Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:52 PM BST
Yeah probably but can you see where I'm coming from? been around for ages and never gonna win owt I would say so hard to get excited bout watching them.

Everytime I see Lewis's bird I actually think she's a puppet and someone pulls a string so she claps n smiles when he wins a leg
Report thepunter July 25, 2012 11:52 PM BST
The pie needs to break 2/2 next few minutes, not impossible.
Report h-bomb July 25, 2012 11:53 PM BST
Lewis deserves to lose for coasting so much.
Report Lori July 25, 2012 11:53 PM BST
Trying to picture Wimbledon if you see Federer on the opening Monday and then not again until Friday. Think it'll kill the slow buildup effect into boredom.
Report h-bomb July 25, 2012 11:54 PM BST

Report alun2005 July 25, 2012 11:55 PM BST

I'll give you a clue as to what it was, spacing it out with some asterisks to make it harder :

Report the silverback July 25, 2012 11:57 PM BST
what did he say HH?
Report alun2005 July 25, 2012 11:58 PM BST
It was started by some totally p!$$ed-off punter who had obviously backed Barney at 1.0x  and then had to suffer watching Scourgey giving it the big celebration after pulling off an unlikely victory from off the pace.
Report happyhibee July 25, 2012 11:59 PM BST
Basically said Lewis was throwing like he didnt care and wasnt showing any professional respect to Smithy
Report the silverback July 26, 2012 12:00 AM BST

Report happyhibee July 26, 2012 12:04 AM BST
Yeah pretty much. Both of em were way too good looking for that fat sweaty brute
Report the silverback July 26, 2012 12:04 AM BST
Does anyone remember MVGs 9 darter in Holland several years ago. The leg took about 40 seconds. He's slowed down a little now.
Report h-bomb July 26, 2012 12:05 AM BST
my favourite was a bbc documentary 20 something years ago, 'Darts wives' I think. Starts with Chris Mason, showing his life at home with the missus, and how she's left at home while he goes on tour. Ends with Mason dumping here for one of his groupies, a poodle who chased him like a rottweiler.
Report the silverback July 26, 2012 12:05 AM BST
christ, just youtubed it. forgot how different he looked!
Report happyhibee July 26, 2012 12:05 AM BST

Report the silverback July 26, 2012 12:08 AM BST
