thepunter - it was clearly someone in the know and because it was stateside no-one battered an eye.  (If that was in  the UK there would have been uproar)

no worries spiller, if your interested i think no. 8 river angel is a decent lay.
lots with chances and if river angel is anywhere around 3.0 or less, then its worth a lay.
tonight will be by far the hardest race it would have faced to date.

whatever, those anti-corruption agencies and monitors are monkeys. If they really want a clean business, its easy to monitor with the correct tools and analysts. Have given up since a long time, as probably they are all scared. You have to cut the beasts head before it becomes too powerful.

If it was laundering (and I'd doubt it), they could hardly have picked a less subtle method. Talk about liquidity sticking out like a sore thumb.
