When was the last time you saw a rider ramp-up the power in the lead so confidently that the rider behind had absolutely no chance of getting past. King Kung on Grivko into the line of stage 2 of Romandie. He just wasn't bothered about taking his turn from Grivko. Members of this forum identified his promise in this race in 2015 when he won a stage, and he is still only 23yo, but that performance yesterday was next level. Looked a lot like Yogi too, so I hope he develops on the cobbles over the next few years.

P.S. Even Carlton Kirby called him King Kung on the finish, must read this forum on a regular basis I'd warrant.

Kung laying down an impressive TT performance on the front for BMC in stage 5 of TdF -- this kid has the potential to be a big name on the WT. Maybe even Spartacus big, but certainly a Paris-Roubaix winner, maybe even an MSR depending on how he is developed.

Cheers for that mate -- good to see you back on board!

Happy

He's a promising type, isn't he? Still needs a season, maybe two, but looks like something very special I think we'd both agree.
