Kwiatkowski at 18/1 looks pretty good value to me provided he hasn't been on the beer all week.
From their prices it looks to me that they don't know that the route has changed so much this year.
Valverde as fav is fair enough but the price is awful short.
Purito at 7/2 you'd lay all day too.
Contador should never be 3rd fav in a classic.
Other 2 that interested me are Gallopin at 50 and Albasini at 66.
Have backed those 3.

Lovely take out by Dan Martin. Sat at the back and when he attacked Valverde appeared at the front unwilling to work as per. Good luck or good strategy? Probably a bit of both.
Didn't see any value so didn't have anything pre-off. Would have put a few quid on Albasini when it came down to the final few but my pictures were so far behind it wasn't tradable. |
