I thought Martin to win is the banker of the year but after the tour of britain time trial i am not so convinced. Wiggins was impressive. I also hoped Martin will be more like 4/6 but the bookies offer 2/5 or even shorter. When will betfair open a market?  24th lol.
So maybe Wiggins to be placed is the safer banker than Martin to win. I guess both bets will be around 4/9.

I think they're both bankers. Probably the 1,2

Some shroodies picked up Ludviggson at 500/1. He's second out, a very good time trialler and could be a big threat if forcasted rain materialises.

Was wiggo so strong or martin weak. Usually Martin would beat Kyrienka and Dumoulin more than 15, 20 seconds in such a long time trial.

Personally I think Martin was well off his normal pace today, he lost out to Wiggo even on the flatter parts of the course, and he finished much closer to the pack than you would normally expect in a TT of that length. Still, fantastic result for SBW who fully deserves to wear a TT worlds jersey. Presumably he'll ride another year on the road now just to show it off at as many TTs as possible?
