Anyone else fancy Boonen to go close today? I've got a feeling he could nick this in a bunch sprint. OPQS have a strong team with them and they put Renshaw in some good positions in the TDF.....Boonen is better than Renshaw and he is tactically excellent.

I'm always happy to have the Belgium beast on my side.

There are worse 25-1 shots around

I think you will definitely get a good run for your money Clay, OPQS will be bitterly disappointed with their TT yesterday and so will  certainly be looking to do something today. Whether Booonen will be quick enough in the sprint and whether the team is  as strong as the one at the tour is another matter, but he is nice price and maybe worth a little ew interest.

He is a terribly short price but it is going to be very difficult to beat Bouhanni today, I just think there aren't to many out and out flat stages, and so there is not too many opportunities for Bouhanni. He is sure to be very keen to take this one, and in a bunch sprint he is surely the fastest man here. His main sprint rival would appear to be Degenkolb but he wasn't at his best at the tour and so Bouhanni looks much the stronger of the two.

The fly in the ointment for Bouhanni could be that Orica and Cannondale both know they will take the leaders jersey if one of their sprinters prevail, and so both these teams are sure to be right in the mix. It would seem more likely their 2 main guys Matthews and Sagan will probably have a better chance of contesting the finish and so going for that red jersey tomorrow, but i think both will be bang there today and Matthews in particular could surprise.

It should be a cracking finish to watch, and with it being downhill to the line should be fast and furious.

Another one to watch today, who might be worth a small ew bet at 125/1(ladbks) is CANCELLARA. Just realised he is only 9 secs down and so with the time bonus is another who could take the leaders jersey today. As they enter the last km there are a couple of tight technical corners and an uphill section before they hit the downhill run to the line, and so it could be ideal for someone to launch a long kick for home a km/800m out. It could be a good chance for Cancellara to make a surprise attack and who would bet against him from there holding on and putting himself in to red tonight.

Really could be a fascinating finish to watch.
