The whole point of this form of cricket is entertainment,basically money.
So why don’t they do away with the toss and just let the home team bat last.
Fans prefer a run chase,defending a score,is the same as a football team parking the bus.
Given it’s a short game,there’s no advantage winning the toss.
So give the fans an exciting ending with a run chase for the home fans.
Every 4 and 6 is cheered,a bit boring cheering a dot ball.
The short game has been invented to please the crowd,so let the fans team chase the runs.
