£85 for 44 overs today.
Two medium pacers on, going at 5 an over. Umpires call it off for bad light. If we played Test matches in high summer instead of 100 nonsense we might have got over 80 overs in. Madmen running and ruining cricket. |

hard to disagree with the last line. no tests starting in august next year either

id say madman running TMS AS well , , cook all about me me me, tufnell is so false, ebony is so thick, isha for the quota, at least agnew keeping the flag going with vaughan, oh but for the great days of this superb broadcast

Agree about TMS Ebony is shocking she interviewed a batsman at the end of play earlier in the summer and asked will you be looking to get some runs tomorrow? No Ebony I fancy getting a duck! Remember her being on Sky sports verdict few years ago just sitting and couldn't keep still, also looked like she'd been dressed by Claire's accessories clearance bin.
Don't mind Isha to much until she starts shouting anyway. Russel Arnold very good addition always thought he was very good on TV but Sangakarra and Jayawardena are bigger names so have jumped ahead of him. |

I hardly watched any cricket this summer, sadly. Looking forward to next year though.

It's cheaper to fly to S. Africa for 10 days ,tickets £10 -15 a day ,than watch a Test match in England .Newlands beautiful ,no parking charge , weather warm .23 Rand to the pound .Orgaized groups recommended ,normally led by ex- England players ; Gladstone Small very good ,very modest about his career.

Speaking of SA
Thinking of going to the PE Test then train to the wine country then finish at Cape Town ( not necessarily for the Test ). Has anyone been to SA or watched cricket there? Heard PE is nice. |
