First time I have had this happen, cash out both green , stake returned to account ....then Betfair states the bet was not matched. Is it common to have a cash out voided in this manner

It ended in a "Tied Match", so all "Match Odds" bets get voided. Not sure why they choose not to settle a tie as a dead-heat, but they never have done.
I had about £90 level green from a small stake and wasn't quick enough to get a good price for Thai insurance so I was pretty pissed off. Made half of that back on the Bangers 1.01 gubbing by Sotland luckily though.
