Question for those in UK. What does the R in a shirt size '14 R' refer to? Regular? Im ordering slim fit shirts but their sizes all have an R in them.

Careful if you buy anything from The Orient. Some of their XXL sizes seem to match
the typical occidental measurements of a "Small" or "Medium", well at least in Europe anyway.

I don't find my size easily. Only a few brands that work for me so I stick to them. Some XS in Germany could easily fit two of me as well. So its not just the orient.

Ok good to know. I still don't think they can get out again but that rain is disappearing very fast (far faster than I initially thought) and there is a lot of wind which will help dry the outfield etc. But they will need an hour I am thinknig to get ready to start and will they want to?

As jucel said, if they do, it will only be for an hour. Why would they bother, I dont know.

They haven't announced tea yet. Which means they probably don't want to continue playing. Usually there's an announcement.

Just sticking to the letter of the law I guess. Why do they play a day 5 when one team scores 400 in 2 days, then the other team scores 500 in 2 days etc. Got to play out the time. BUt yeah I think there will be little animus to play. But I hear the groundsman are out mopping up the water off the covers.

I am beginning to think that there may be an issue with Root and Archer
Particularly the way that Root is using him.

Woakes publicly commented he was against Archer's inclusion in the ashes.

I still don't know how they continue to play together.

I dont think there is a problem with Woakes and Archer now. I can understand him not wanting Archer in at the time but there is nothing he can do about it now. Don't forget Archer took a WOrld Cup winners medal off someone and a place in the Ashes. Hard to swallow for some ( not me! ). Now he is a team mate, end of I think.

With regard to bowling a thoroughbred like a carthorse.....something is very wrong! Maybe ||Root is desperate but that is being charitable. Keep your blade sharp!
