Very true. He has been brilliant Overton.

I think Aus went from 1.01 all the way to 1.5 there, or very close.
Yup, I got 1.48

The market has consistently been generous to England’s batting lineup this last innings. 9.2 for a 15 over final wicket stand smh
There are people speculating on there not being 15 overs of play left

Completely incorrect Hamlin, but each to their own.
But if I quote it, it becomes fact.

how fast was the betfair suspend monkey there
Yeah that was still during the review even allowing for a radio delay. Well out of order.

England can't bat. You need 700 runs per match at least.Bayliss - unaccountable but well paid.Thorpe - unaccountable but easy money.Root - he'll take the positives...
Our batting has been shocking for a long time but in this test Aus bowled us out.
Almost all of our 20 wickets were out to defensive shots.
There has definitely been more application since we were all out for 60 odd.

Couldn't post for a week. Lost on the game.Is this the worst aussie batting lineup to have defended the ashes in England? Minus Smith of course.
yes and by a long way!
However, Smith has been so good this series that he's effectively played the role of 3 or 4 batsmen!

The Aussie quicks have been outstanding, completely agree with that.
Have really enjoyed watching Cummins and Hazlewood who are probably the best opening bowling combination I've seen.
If this current England team were to tour Australia it would be 5-0 or 4-0 if we could sneak a draw.

The Injuns beat them though by playing percentage cricket with the bat
Pudjy & Kholi wore them down and that allowed the middle order to take advantage of tiring bowlers
