England graph biggest spike is at 10 now. What does that mean?

CS I've looked for a short time and can understand what he's saying but what I can't understand is how that reconciles with the amount traded. Shouldn't £3228 traded at 2.62 be the biggest spike?
3228 is the total volume traded over the entire match, those spikes are only what is matched in a short time frame
