Not even a thread, which shows the level of excitement for this one.
Another filthy wicket in the offing and if it's like the ones prepared against India/SA then it won't last long.

Are you saying filthy wicket out of general grumpiness at tests finishing early or based on what the track actually looks like? I’ve had a few very low grade trades and am tiny red results, a bit of draw green. Feels pointlessly low volume looking at it.

Another turning pitch has been prepared - one just like the one at Pallekele, said Sri Lanka captain Suranga Lakmal.

Big turn and bounce at the SSC too, when the pitch is doctored to spin

I am getting tired of these test matches. Sh1t pitches and even worse betting.
Managed a decent win in UAE laying Pak but that is a once in a blue moon win.
The draw has just become redundant as they press for 4 day test matches

I made decent money on both Tests so far and I thought both were intriguing. Each side had a chance to win. England were the better team but needed a couple of bits of brilliance to win the second test. SL had them down but big out twice. Not sure winning the toss was hey to the win in either match except in the mind Znd my betting strategy!

Strongly dab y Engerland to win again but weary of them batting last. Sandakan could be a bit of a handful fourth innings imho, a verb decent Bielefeld i. Helpful conditions. Dilruwan is their best bowler but has been well managed by England. Herath is a big loss. England have more options batting a bowling. Will need to watch intently before betting I think

Don't even get rain in tests anymore. SL and ENg have been bone dry for years now.
WI seems to have the most , followed by Nz & Aus

as always england are hard to put away with their long batting order and foakes even coming at 8 this time. they look like they just have too much for this sri lanka side but you have to wary of it being a dead rubber and the plane engines warming up on the runaway. hard to forget the last one dayer

Pitch Report: "It looks like a 2-day/3-day Test. There are already scratch marks. The right-arm spinners will already be licking their lips. It looks a lot drier, there will be turn from first day," examine Brad Hogg and Russel Arnold.

believe it when i see it.  surely the last thing sri lanka want is an absolute low scoring minefield unless they think they're no good. that reduces the game to an absolute lottery

doesn't look impossible for batting at first glance. that said if england get 300 first up always likely to be a winning score against this poor sri lankan side

Pitcknlooks a belter. SSC produces some great batting wickets. The question is how dry is it? England look. in a good place already. Did not get onboard straight away. Trying to remain patient. 1.7 looks good to me but there is always the hope England lose a couple of wickets before lunch!
