I think they want to put the squeeze on after 6 overs maybe it is a good pitch and they didn't want these 2 batsmen attackinh them with only 2 in the outfield. But yes they should have changed the pace

How many batsmen are the reverse? Only spin does tend to go for fewer runs, doesn't it, partly because it's not bowled as much in the power play or at the death.

in stokes, zampa and tahir, the pune have some half decent bowlers. the captain's job is to use them to create situations where he can hide the dogshit. that means not bowling the crap in the PP, and then leaving the quality to try and repair the damage in the middle overs, and finding himself with limited options at the death.

It's a random game but chasing North of 200 shouldn't ever be shorter than 4s unless on a postage stamp against the Muppets' reserve XI. Delhi's actually got some decent bowling too. I rate Morris, Cummins and Mishra.
