Good effort in the field!

Hants were a generous 2.36ish pre kick-off
Just noticed on the runs market on Exchange there's a P&L Table which is a useful addition. |

Hants in a touch of bother now
By:
definite rain threat later i.e. D/L
By:
Sensible batting at the moment. Could be looking at 250+.

Hants 1.65

would normally take hampshire here but can't with rain almost certain to play a part. Will back Warcks if the price hits 2/1 though. Take a chance on getting a shortened game/revised target. No Fidel Edwards/Jackson Bird for Hampshire also helps.

Over 2/1 now.
By:
Yup, have backed accordingly. Weather punt more than anything else so stakes relatively small.
By:
I was thinking the same but posted here rather than betting. As soon as I posted there was a wicket. Doh.

Probably 40-50 more than Warwickshire would have wanted. Average bowling performance with far too many short balls. Will be in trouble if Hampshire can keep it tighter. Warwickshire don't have too many hitters and the ones they do have done very little this season. Hopefully, rain doesn't ruin the game.

I thought 250 was about par so odds of 1.57 (as is now) is about right. I've used up some of my green laying at 1.48 so not unhappy with position.

By:
Think we'll get a game in, but would be very surprised if rain plays no part at all here.

Is Wood auditioning for some sort of hair product advert?

I'm 20 miles south. It's just started to pour with rain.
By:
poor running. Messes them up in terms of DL as well should the rain come.
By:
I'm 4 miles West bit glumly but no rain as yet.

A random £10,000 has just been placed at completely the wrong price! why ???!

Any chance we get Play . if workshire gets 15 overs. they are going to win anything below 10 overs i cant see them winning. 25 runs difference is alot if overs are only 10
By:
A 25 over revised target would be perfect. Hopefully they get back out there at some point.
By:
I sure hope so, I've Chopra top bat for Warickshire

revised target not certain to help Warks as the market seems to be implying
By:
depends how much it's reduced by. 20-25 overs would be relatively decent for them.
By:
nowhere near that atm mind.
By:
259 needed 42 overs
By:
another band of rain behind. Doesn't look as threatening though
By:
RRR 7.25 now
By:
ffs
By:
another 30-40 minutes lost would make things v interesting. doesn't look that bad mind. Could be on/off a few times.
By:
can't back either at the moment without a personal weatherman :(
By:
8:25 restart. 5-6 overs lost.

warwickshire need more rain. Or for wet ball to affect the spinners - not the case at the moment.
By:
off again |
By:
107 needed off of 59 balls. 11 an over, 10 over slog pretty much. As good as they could have asked for really with the hitters still to come. Should be entertaining if nothing else.
