No, Steyn isn't finished , played only half fit. Its just the way SA are, even on the 4th ball of the final over, the keeper should have hit the stumps, to run Elliott out, but missed, its just the pressure, seems to affect them more than any other country.

Australia, will start favourites at the MCG for sure and India will start favourites, because they will have beaten Australia, away from home, whereas New Zealand beat them at home, by just 1 wicket chasing 149.
