Is the odds correct? I don't think so.. Stars have started the tournament poorly and they are sitting third from bottom, while Sixers are having a good tournament so far winning 3 out of their 4 matches and are placed 2nd in the standings http://www.cricketscore.com/match/rXBO4mMi/#standings;table
Stars are one of the powerful and most feared team of BBL, but that means nothing and momentum means everything in T20.. Sixers have got some experienced players like Kallis and Hussey.. Blizzard is in fine form.. and any team that has KP can't be taken seriously :)

Yeah, you would think on the balance of probabilities, that the Stars will win, but no way in fcuk are they 1.66 to do so. If they are all in form, then they would be that price, but they are a long way from it, and 20 overs finds you out pretty quick.
Would wait for the toss, hopefully Sixers bat, at which point you will see 2.20+ for the Stars anyway. IMO |
