looks nailed on to me i think this tragedy of hughes death will bring to australia team even closer, and they will be motivated to win the cup for him on home soil.

They'll rightly be favourites.

But with the finals being played on slower pitches, I'll tip India or maybe SL to win in the end.

As someone who loaded up on Australia to win the World Cup a month ago, I hope you're right....

....but I fear this tragedy will badly affect the Australian team performance.  The Aussies have always played best when they were a ruthless and fearsome opponent.  The "pack of dogs" who dominate and intimidate opposition sides.

I think it will be hard for the players to have that "killer instinct" in the wake of this tragedy.  They will soften and could never be more vulnerable than now :(
