There has been a bit of talk that AB de Villiers is expected to be suspended from the 5th ODI vs Australia tommorrow due to the slow over rates in the 4th ODI and the fact he has already used up a warning.
This eventuality would have a massive impact on the betting markets for the 5th ODI, but I just can't find any info on this anywhere. Does anyone know if he is going to be suspended or whether we would have found out already if he was ?

Comment from the coach suggested ribs were just bruised and that he would be right to play.
