I've been to Holland a few times and to Arnhem and the parachute Museum.  The Dutch were proper good to English soldiers and dislike the German's immensely.  That's good enough for me....oh and I was introduced to Dutch Girls at an early age!

Can't do much without decent players though.  A good coach with the right attitude can bring the spark back, but without the talent, you are siht out of luck....
