A T20 match can never end in a draw. It can end in a tie, at least after 20 overs and after the Super Over. After that I think there is a count back of boundaries.

Draws and ties are different things in cricket.

About 1 in 80 in general. Rises to about 1 in 55 for similar ability, down to as low as you like for teams who are miles apart.
If say India are 1.01 to win against an associate Div 2, then the draw has to be a 1000/1+ chance for example.

There's a micron of evidence for the tie being more frequent in Night-Night matches, than others, but not statistically significant as far as i know, and could be due to Night-Night matches being prime slots, so potentially even contests for the tv and spectators

By 'draw' i mean scores tied after allocated overs.
