Coincides with the first day of the Premier League but sure we can give it some attention. May have to take second place on SkyGo but sure there is money to be made/lost.
Northants v Essex
Essex just managed to sneak into the quarter finals then hammered Nottinghamshire. Ryan Ten Doeschate is the main reason they've made finals day with some heroic batting, but the batting line up around him has faultered in recent matches. Northants have cruised to the finals, topping their group and crushing Durham in the quarter final. They are performing brilliantly in the County Championship and the YB40.
Having the Northants win.
Hampshire v Surrey
Hampshire are possibly the best one day team in England, top of the YB40 group and won their T20 group. They are also defending champions. They beat Surrey twice in the group stages, and 1/2 in the YB40. Carberry, Vince, Adams, Ervine is a formidable batting lineup and they should nullify Surreys strength, bowling.
Can't have anything other than a Hampshire win.

Top bat betting not for everyone i know but the layers continue to under estimate Ryan ten doeschate. With the top three in the Essex batting order continuously miss firing 6/1 is a gift from the gods and is a top quality value bet.I can only concur with stevies write up although as an ardent Essex man i hope he's incorrect on the first game but from a true value point of view Northants have to be the bet .
