Somerset missing Kieswetter, Buttler, Thomas, and Peterson.  Middlesex at full strength minus Morgan and Finn.  Somerset were v lukcy to win at the weekend against Glamorgan.  Middlsex on the other hand with a 10 wicket win against previously unbeaten Leicestershire.  Stirling and Malan in great form and like to go hard early - should be easier with no Thomas.  Trescothick always dangerous at the top for Somerset, but Murtagh and Roland Jones is as good a new ball bowling partnership as you'll get below international level.

This is a practise - if they had bowled them all out for 200 it wouldn't have given their batsmen a test. Now they can have a worthy test trying to chase a big number. If the Aussies see the new ball off they have a chance but odds are rubbish
