Am i missing something here,.......but the draw 2.60, gone from best given prepost last test at 4.0 to 2.60 layable here. surely this is a short quote, even a high scoring oval like Adelaide hasnt produced to many draws in the last 14 tests............

Max lay for me............

1/33!!! eh?  SA can definitely bat 90 overs if they have to.  That alone is probably 1/10.

Rain - who knows? but say 1/10 again

and you are at the current price.

no you aren't, you're at 1.25

anyhoo, 1/10 for south africa to see the day out is far too big. i'd make them 1/10 if they see out a session unscathed. there's not a chance in hell the bottom four can survive more than 30 overs between them, particularly given that fat jacques wont be able to protect them from the strike because he can't run.

it's just a classically nervous book, and if my sleeping pattern wasn't off, i'd be quite happy to leave a lump on without watching; given i'll be up, and it may go shorter i'll be biding my time.

Folks, here's a good advice if ever there was one: LUMP your house, and wife/girlfriend on Australia at 1.2 This is absolutely the definition of FREE MONEY

Is this money as FREE as it was with your last tip?

Queen_Dulu 23 Nov 12 07:53
LOL! India should be 1.33 by now! England won't score 100 on this pitch against 3 spinners. The market is broken folks! LUMP on India at 1.70 here. It's absolutely FREE MONEY!

Need to keep bowling no balls now and hope for a run out.
Report DStyle November 26, 2012 7:03 AM GMT
i'd say it was a pretty special knock from du plessis, a hugely unexpected knock in fact, and VERY ordinary bowling from hilfenhaus, when more was needed.

just needed to bowl at the stumps/ 4th stump.
Report Blake84 November 26, 2012 7:05 AM GMT
Well it's all heroics and fighting spirit and so on from Siddle now but at the end of the day that's a poor effort from Australia no matter how well SA batted.
Report DStyle November 26, 2012 7:08 AM GMT
i'm not sure it was a poor all round effort.

the wicket never really went.
they were down to three bowlers.
du plessis was rock solid.
siddle busted a gut and did what he can do best.
lyon is just a little bit limited but kept chugging away.

but when you've got three main bowlers, that was appalling from hilfenhaus. i'd be embarrassed to look siddle in the face if i were him. some of that round the wicket short stuff with a newish ball was shocking thinking.
Report nigelpm1 November 26, 2012 7:12 AM GMT

That really was a disgraceful effort from Hilfenhaus though. Real shame Pattinson got injured, probably cost them the victory in the end.

Wow what a test, Thats why trading tests are so good, so many swings. Well done draw backers, I couldnt see it tho I did cover that position. Faf was outstanding. Aus really really really missed Patto. Siddle big heart. Hilfy no good but I wouldnt have played in either test.
Report Captain Wurzel November 26, 2012 8:11 AM GMT
Aus definitely missed Pattinson - pitch didn't do as much 5th day as expected, might have been good batting and tired bowlers. Got to get Starc in shirley.
Report Joel November 26, 2012 8:20 AM GMT

Siddle just did a presser on fsn, he is 100% to play. Reading between the lines in seems Hilfy will get another game as well, which imho seems crazy. Looks a battle between Starc and Johnson for the other pacemen spot. Although with Clarke and Warner bowling ok would the selectors be tempted to leave out Lyon, for Hastings who can bat a bit???? Doubtful, especially as we have Watto back who will take some overs.
