18 of 5 overs. Was in bat for 25 percent of the game average would be 45 to keep on par with west indies scored 18. Lost england the game. What a pathetic excuse of a 20/20 player leaving he team without a chance and the like of butler broad etc. not even a chance of a last over smash at it.

i dont think for one moment he intended to score that slowly but it did actually give the others to much to do. funny thinis if hed have been out 1st ball withouit scoring hed have been given plenty of abuse but england may just about of squeaked home.

Harsh to have a go at Bairstow, what about Kieswetter. At 2 wickets down it was a case of stabilising the innings unfortunately Bairstow just could not get going.

Although Bairstows wasn't a knock to be proud of, I reckon the England management are as much to blame for the order of the batting. Morgan should have been sent in instead of Bairstow, he has the ability to easily score at a run a ball with minimum risk, and for me, Luke wright should either open or be down the order, at number 3 England are gonna find themselves 2 down with little on the board on two many occasions.

And is Bairstow really a much better bet than Ian Bell? Who would you have preferred coming in today?

very true steamship , if bairstow had a wild swing at a ball early on and got out hjed have got plenty of abuse but the speed he scored at did actually cost eng any chance they had.
