Lets look at eng's performances vs the minnows in each of the last 3 T20 WCs shall we..?

ok, eng won by 50 runs but closer inspection of the scorecard shows they were 20/2 after 2.4 overs and that zims were
74/0 in reply after 8.4 overs
so you'd expect eng to have traded at least 1.25 - 1.30 in those moments,
possibly at lot more if the market panics. I think eng started as 1.1 favs or thereabouts
2009 vs Holland

erm... Holland chase down 163, 1.03 or 1.04 gubbed to feck on eng here i think

eng bowled out for 120. Eng traded approx 1.9 at one point before the rain came. (wiping out a massive green on my screen

Afghans been the best of the minnows so far with a very decent bowling performance against india. Have had a mug back at 19.5

what's that supposed to mean. ENG often get off to a bad start - it's in their nature - you can't tell much from 3.2 overs - if the RR is still this low after 10 overs I might agree with you.
Afghan looked a threat with India because of the mug Indian bowling as well..dont see that happening with England..

LOL 2/2, the minnows really have been terrible this tournament aside from a few lucky hits from the Afghans against India's terrible bowling

Yeah, as I said on here earlier the Indians are really weak right now in T20.
India's bowling is the weakest of the Top 8 nations in this tournament..........for sure
horrific game again. eng touched 1.19 but a fkin train from there.
fielding is a big component of this game..........saving runs, taking good catches, directing run outs

Well how good England is would be known next match...I dont fancy them too much...
I reckon they've got the best bowling with SA - def good enough to win the tournament. Not convinced by the batting yet - quite hit and miss.

Im assuming that list is where all games where they games was unaffected or had reduced overs
and what happens if 5 overs aren't bowled - that wouldn't consitute a game?
19th over scored by England= 31 runs, more than what Afghanistan had done as a team 28/8 (11.0 overs) . This is getting embarrasing for Afghanis
