Often best to mute the commentary and make your own judgement. That was not a slow pitch. One thing you learn playing the game is never judge a pitch on its appearance. It was green but I didn't see many balls seam. Beer spun his googly but not his leg break. Sussex could have lost if their big guns threw their wickets away. If they stay in, it's carnage. The prices throughout the game were fine. Sharks have won many trophies in the last 10 years so... I'n not aftertiming because I bet on Kent's runs and a tiny amount on the match odds. |

yeah, as soon as Sussex were set with Prior and Wright that was it. Like I said before the game Prior is hit and miss - unfortunately as a Kent backer on this occasion he was very much HIT! The way it goes with gambling.

you're absolutely right about the deck not being as hard as Kent made it look inj, but they were facking abject with the new ball during the powerplay which practically buried their chances.
