how can it help the batting side if its raining yes reduced overs favours batting 2nd but isn;t it harder to hit the ball out the park too in such conditions...1st innings they lost 3 quick wickets all bcos it had been raining and was v hard to bat so i'd say it should favour the fielding side much more

What I have observed in the last few years is that DL favours the team batting 2nd in T20's and is extremely fair in ODI's
They use the same algorith table but ideally they should use adifferent table for T20's as the flow and dynamics are very different

14/3 is irrelevant now. Odds are based on them being 20-1 in 3.3 chasing 150 on a difficult pitch against a crack bolwing attack without 2 of their best players
